The Full Story
Graman Developments is a family-owned business established in 1985 by Graham and James, who started by designing and manufacturing agricultural equipment.
As the company gained a reputation for producing high-quality products, it expanded into other areas of fabrication production, including equestrian equipment for Claydon Horse Exercisers and bespoke industrial products for factories around Warwickshire.
In the early 90s, Graman needed to expand its workforce, and this is when Stuart joined the company. A few years later the company became a true family business with the sons of the founders, Graham and James, both joining the team. At one point, there were even grandsons working within the team.
Unfortunately, one of the partners, James, passed away in 2014 and is greatly missed. However, Graham continued the business and is still working behind the scenes today, nearly 40 years later.
With over 30 years of experience at Graman, Stuart now runs the company and continues to uphold the high standards and precision that Graman has always delivered.
The company remains a family business, with both sons still working in the team and bringing many years of experience between them both.

Graham's extensive 50 years' experience in engineering and his deep knowledge in anything involving steel make him an expert in his field.
Works Manager
Stuart MacVarish
Stuart's dedication and 30 years' experience at Graman for over has allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in all the company's work.
Welder
Colin Kitchen
Colin is approaching 30 years' experience in welding at Graman. He is a coded welder to BS EN ISO 9606-1 2017 standard.
Steel Processing
William Mann
William also has 30 years' experience in steel processing at Graman. From cutting to bending or rolling, William can do everything.

Lee is a production welder with 10 years' service at Graman.
